    • All travel bookings and inquiries must be made through official channels of The Happy Travel.

3. Booking Policy

    • All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

    • Bookings are confirmed only after partial or full payment is received.

    • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.).

    • The Happy Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following modes:

All transactions must be completed securely through our authorized payment channels.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Full refund is available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of travel may not be eligible for a full refund, depending on partner terms.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

    • In case of unforeseen cancellations by The Happy Travel, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Happy Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during travel, whether due to natural disasters, flight delays, accidents, or acts beyond our control. All travelers are advised to have valid travel insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Happy Travel and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
